ELSA KOLO in house production is an indigenous Ethiopian staple food owned by a private company registered according to the Ethiopian investment law, with the aim of producing grain mill products traditionally known as " Kolo" (roasted & polished barley)
Scope of Activity: producing Kolo and traditional food items and distribute to local market and export to Ethiopian communities living abroad
Quality Assurance: The Company is doing the best to maintaining the quality of its products. Government institutes, like the Ministry of agriculture, Ministry of Health, always check the of its quality of the export items.
