Expected Outcomes

  The expected outcomes which result from the effective implementation of the VAC Radio Program include:

  1. Visibility: awareness creation about the Chamber and its activities as well as the range and amount of services and benefits it provides to its members in particular and the business community at large.
  2. Convenience: The ease and availability of an effective media for the Chamber’s own use to reaching out to its membership.
  3. Independence: The freedom to choose and raise issues of concern as per the time and priority set by the chamber itself.
  4. Advocacy Strength: Evolving of the Chamber as a strong representative voice of the business community.
  5. Immediacy/Speed: Reaching targeted audience more quickly. Compare Radio with Newspaper, for instance.
  6. Wider Audience: Addressing wider audience because Radio is a choice media for reaching more people than any other media in the country.
  7. Transparency: Making available quality business information to all, at the same time, which in turn increases the credibility of the chamber.
  8. Increased Membership: The increase in membership size which would be the result of boosted visibility, credibility, and marketing of services.
