Project Activities
VAC is transmitted twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) featuring various issues including, among others, business news, success stories, women in business, business help, science and technology news, business talk and tax education. The Tax Education component has been given due emphasis in 2008/09 to raise the awareness of the business community on tax and tax related issues.
Furthermore, a new program entitled "Forum on Urban Issues" has been recently introduced. This program discusses topics such as the exercise of self-Government, cultivation of public will and harmony, partnership and tolerance in a democratic culture, development of local economy, enhancement of acceptable quality of life to all citizens, ensuring public safety, security and overall well being, etc. Programs on Business Ethics and Corporate Governance are also being aired.
