The Training Center of Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations

The Training Center, as one of AACCSA’s service departments, offers various business trainings to the local business communities to maximize their capacity. Most of the trainings which are delivered at our center focus on the fields of management, leadership, finance, accounting, taxation and international trade. These trainings are offered by professional trainers with rich industrial experience and educational qualification with a minimum of second degree. Our service is becoming more popular in Addis Ababa as the number of participants and trainings are increasing every year. For the last five years and in response to the ever changing business environment, we have been making our service flexible to optimize a win-win strategy for the business community and the Chamber in terms of cost and value.  Currently, we are offering trainings to our clients in the following ways:

1.      Regular Trainings: These trainings are offered at our training Center where members of the business community from different companies participates by receiving invitation letters from the Chamber by fax or email. We have planned 48 training programs of this type for Ethiopian fiscal year 2003. Each training under this program is provided for half days of a week.

2.   Regular Trainings at customers’ Premises: These types of trainings are offered to our customers at their premises from the annual training program.

3.      Customized trainings either at the Chamber or at the customers’ premises: These types of trainings are organized by customizing trainings to the particular operational needs of businesses. The venue of the trainings can be either at the Chamber's Training Center or at the customers’ premises and the duration of the trainings depends on the course requirements and clients’ needs.
